Itinerary of 5 Nights 6 Days Golden Triangle Tour

Day 1: Delhi sightseeing

This 5 nights 6 Day Golden Triangle tour starts from our capital, New Delhi. The tour driver will pick you from the airport or the railway. Then from here, you will be transferred to a good hotel which is within your price range. Start sightseeing after you get fresh. Visit places such as Humayun’s Tomb, Lodhi Gardens, Lotus Temple, Lal Quila, Qutab Minar, etc. If you wish to indulge in some nice shopping tell your tour driver to take to there. Delhi has several things for the tourist to do in a day. Choose as per your wish and plan the day accordingly. Overnight stay is in the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Agra (204 km)

Next morning the tour driver will take you to Agra in your chosen vehicle. Agra is primarily visited due to Taj. It will take you around 3 hours to reach Agra. Yamuna Expressway is simply wonderful. Taj Mahal is a World UNESCO Heritage site. This white marble mausoleum was built by Shahjahan in the 17th century in memory of his loving wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The tour guide will tell you all the interesting facts about the monument. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Agra.

Day 3: More of Agra sightseeing

Today you will do more of Agra sightseeing. Once you are through with your breakfast, step out to visit Agra Fort which is a huge red sandstone monument. Agra Fort is popularly referred to as Red Fort of Agra. It was the residence of the Mughals till their capital shifted to Delhi. It demonstrates the finest Islamic and Rajput architecture. Then you can visit the Tomb of Itimad-Ud Daulah also known as Baby Taj. In the evening visit Mehtab Bagh for the sunset view of the Taj Mahal. This charbagh complex is just amazing. Day 4: Agra to Jaipur (240 km)

In the morning, the tour driver will transfer you to Jaipur in a prepaid taxi. It takes around 4 hours 30 minutes to reach Jaipur. On the way, you can stop for a brief while at Fatehpur Sikri. Visit Buland Darwaza built by Emperor Akbar to mark his win over Gujarat. You must also visit Tom of Salim Chisti the popular Sufi saint. Once you are in Jaipur check into a good heritage hotel. Day 5: Sightseeing in Jaipur

In the morning, again leave for sightseeing of the “Pink city”. Enjoy an elephant ride at the Amber Fort. This huge fort offers a view of the whole of Jaipur. Then you can visit Hawa Mahal also known as “Palace of winds”. Visit Jantar Mantar, Jaigarh Fort, Birla Mandir, etc, Jaipur has amazing shopping places such as Tripolia Bazaar, Johari Bazaar, etc. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 6: Jaipur to New Delhi (320 Kms)

In the morning you will return to Delhi. It takes around 5 hrs to reach Delhi provided the road and weather conditions are fine. Once you reach Delhi you can visit Swami Narayan Akshardham Temple. This spiritual-cultural campus in Delhi is simply amazing. It displays traditional Indian culture. Later, you will leave for the airport to catch a flight for your onward destination.
